方案：使用github的镜像网站进行访问，github.com.cnpmjs.org，将github.com替换为github.com.cnpmjs.org

举个栗子：
仅需要将
git clone https://github.com/bannedbook/fanqiang.git
修改为
git clone https://github.com.cnpmjs.org/bannedbook/fanqiang.git
